Delivery Information

When will we despatch your order? 
We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours - Monday to Friday. Orders placed at the weekend or on bank holidays will be despatched within 48 hours of the next working day. Please contact us for any lead-times of out-of-stock components. All orders are despatched by courier, you will be sent a tracking code when your order is on its way to you.

Can you see the status of your order? 
We will send you a confirmation email when you place your order to say we are getting your order ready to send out to you. When we despatch your order the tracking information will be sent to your email, the one used to place the order. Simply check your email to see the tracking number.

How do you use your tracking number? 
All Jacbolts orders are sent to you via courier. Once we despatch your order, you will receive a tracking number by email. Simply click on the link to see the delivery status of your order.
