Our Return & Refund Policy
So, what if we have made a mistake when putting your order together?
If you've received any incorrect items in your order, firstly we'd like to say sorry for any inconvenience caused. Let us know the problem and we'll rectify it immediately.
Return Process: Contact us using our 'Contact Form' and we'll arrange to get the order picked up and returned to us at our cost.
30 days: Please return the fasteners within 30 days from receiving your items.
Full Refund: Once the items are back with us and we confirm they are unused, we’ll issue a refund including your original shipping costs. If possible please put them back in the original packaging.
Incorrect fasteners ordered by YOU, the customer. What do you do?
Oops you made a boo-boo and ordered the wrong items. Don't worry you have 30 days from getting your order delivered to return them to us. Please note the following:
Return Shipping Costs: I'm afraid you will be responsible for covering the return delivery costs. We'll need your order number too, you can download a printable returns form from our Help Hub.
Refunding you: Once we receive the items and confirm they are unused and in their original packaging. We'll send a refund, please allow 5 working days.
Don't forget to enclose your name, address and order number in the return package for a faster refund.
You no longer want or need the fasteners. What do you do?
So, you no longer want or need fasteners you have ordered, 'that's ok'. You have 30 days from receiving your items to return them back to us. There are a few conditions:
Return Delivery Costs: I'm afraid you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs and it's non-refundable by Jacbolts. We'll need your order number too, you can download a printable returns form from the Help Hub.
Refund Process: Once we receive the items and confirm they are unused and in their original packaging, we'll issue a refund.
Don't forget to enclose your name, address and order number in the return package for a faster refund.
